Enrollment Request Form - September 15, 2025

The annual Parent Information Session was held on Sunday, August 24th in the HSNC Main Hall. During the session, we shared detailed information about the program and curriculum for elementary, middle, and high school grade classes.

Spots available in all grade-level classes except for 5th grade, so don’t miss this opportunity to enroll your children in our enriching and values-based program. If you are interested in enrolling your children in the Gurukul program, please submit this enrollment request form, and registration information will be emailed to the email address provided in this form. Please note that the minimum grade requirement for enrollment is rising 1st grade.

Classes are scheduled to begin on September 21st and registration will end soon.

Please note that this is not a registration form. This is an enrollment request form, and the information collected via this form is for the purpose of allocating open spots.
