Enrollment Request Form - July 25, 2026

An annual Parent Information Session will be held on Sunday, August 23, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM in the HSNC Main Hall.

During this session, we will provide an overview of the Sanskar Gurukul program and curriculum for our elementary, middle, and high school classes. Parents will also have an opportunity to learn about Dharmic parenting, the program structure, class expectations, and the enrollment process.

We encourage all parents to attend to gain a better understanding of the program and how it supports their child's spiritual, cultural, and personal growth. Please note that students must be entering (rising) 1st grade or above in the upcoming school year to be eligible for enrollment.

Who should submit the enrollment request form?

  1. New parents interested in enrolling their students.
  2. Parents who did not register their students last year or the year before but are interested in registering this year. Please indicate that you skipped last year and include the class name (last attended) and the year in the Comments field.

Please note that this is not a registration form. It is an enrollment request form, and the information collected will be used for planning purposes only. Registration details for new students, along with additional program information, will be shared during the open house. We look forward to seeing you there!
